Poland vs. Belarusian hackers: struggle continues
The online registration problem caused by Belarusian hackers on the website of the Polish consulate will be discussed in Warsaw next week.
Polish Ambassador Leszek Szerepka told Euroradio:
“There will be a meeting in Warsaw next week and these issues (Belarusian hackers stealing the Polish consulate's registration questionnaires from its website - Euroradio) will also be discussed there. We may find a solution."
Polish Ambassador Leszek Szerepka complained to journalists that Belarusian hackers were stealing online visa registration questionnaires on November 14. There are hacker groupings involved in it, the diplomat said. Several dozen thousand questionnaires were available on the website... and it only took the hackers 12 minutes to steal them.
Polish experts have not found a way to struggle with the hackers yet. The Belarusian police say that they will be able to help only when Poland presents the technical information Belarus is asking for.
