Political prisoner Malchanau to stay in prison for 15 more months
Minsk Province Court has left the sentence pronounced to the participant of Square-2010 in power.
Barysau Court sentenced the guy to 18 months of imprisonment in April. He was accused of stealing scrap metal from an abandoned plant. The court considered an appeal so three judges headed by judge Hrynkevich took part in the hearing.
Malchanau was not delivered to court. According to observers, even the lawyer was absent - she was ill. Malchanau's tragic family problems were not mentioned either - his mother died on June 9.
