Protocols for participation in “silent action” drawn up against 130 people

Policemen claim that participants of “the silent action” “shouted at policemen and used bad language”. BelaPAN refers to the police and informs that about 350 people took part in the action in Minsk. Let us remind you that human rights activists say that there were 1500 people.


269 people were taken to police departments all over the country. Reports were drawn up against 130 of them. They are accused of for petty hooliganism, disobedience to the police and participation in an unauthorized action.
