"Silent actions" to be prohibited by new law

Let us remind you, the deputies adopted amendments to the "Law on Mass Events" on October 3 in two readings at a time. They eliminated the words about the so-called "mass idleness" being equal to pickets. However, this won't help the participants of the silent actions - their actions will be prohibited. Even a silent gathering, conducted in accordance with the preliminary agreement, should be coordinated with the authorities.
