Strangers steal billboards “Wake up, Belarus!” in Ukraine
There were installed in Sarny and Lyabyashov and belonged to the TV-channel “Belsat”.
The TV-channel broadcast in our country from Poland has launched an advertising campaign in Ukrainian border districts – for Belarusians who live there or who visit the area. There was an alarm clock near the inscription “Wake up, Belarus”.
The press secretary of the TV-channel Syarhei Pyalesa says that “somebody could take it for a political appeal”. Moreover, it has been informed that the security services “exercised unofficial pressure” on the local authorities of the district where the billboards were installed.
