Supreme Economic Court dismisses BPF’s appeal
The party tried to appeal the decision of Minsk City Court to evict the party from its Office in Masherau Avenue, 8.
The Supreme Economic Court of Appeal considered the appeals of the BPF Party and the civil association BPF “Revival” on August 11. The decision was not in the opposition members’ favour, informs Radio Liberty.
Let us remind you that the BPF Party moved to its new office a few weeks ago. However, the legal proceedings to win right to stay in the old office continued. The BPF Party still has an opportunity to appeal the decision.
