Trial against Svyataslau Baranovich to be resumed on October 12
A break has been announced in the case.
Judge Alena Rudnitskaya has explained this by the necessity to hear the casualties, who couldn't attend today's trial, reports BelaPAN.
Let us remind you, Baranovich is standing trial for the mass disturbances of December 19, 2010. 10 injured riot policemen out of 23 came to the court today. None of them recognized Baranovich or had any claims against him.
Baranovich faces 3-8 years of imprisonment for participation in the mass disturbances. He admitted guilt partly.
