Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu nominated for Nobel prize in literature
A poet and civil activist Henadz Buraukin has suggested this at the assembly of Belarusian PEN-center's members.
The assembly, which took place on February 17 in Minsk, approved this suggestion by a single vote and decided to start the necessary procedure on the spot, "Radio Liberty" reports.
