Vladimir Putin arrives to Minsk

A source in Russia's cabinet of ministers has informed to "RIA Novosti" that they will touch issues connected with the balance of shipments of fuel and power products, NPP construction in Belarus, and the situation with Russian citizens, fined for participation in the mass disturbances in Minsk.
