Young Front member hides as election approaches
Mikola Dzemidzenka has not attended the recent press conference of "boycotters".
Participants of the press conference read out the explanation presented by the member of the Young Front: "Traditionally, youth activists get isolated before elections. Young Front member Zmitser Kramyanetski is already in jail and there are attempts to isolate other YF members too. That is why I have not attended the press conference..."
Dzemidzenka's cell phone is switched off now. The youth are not planning any actions on September 23 but the police have decided "to play safe" and imprison activists, YF member Nasta Palazhanka said earlier. Thus, member of the Young Front Zmitser Kramyanetski was detained in Minsk yesterday and has been jailed for 5 days today.
