Youth activist jailed for 3 days
Svislach Court has considered the cases of the activists detained on Saturday.
A traditional action of commemoration of brothers Victar and Kastus Kalinouski took place in Svislach District on October 27. Over 30 people took part in it. The police detained four of them - Ales Krot, Stanislava Husakova, Vitald Ashurak and Vital Lopasau. Lopasau was released (he was accompanied by his minor son) and the others spent the weekend in the district police office. They were accused of "an unauthorized picket" and "usage of unregistered symbols".
Stanislava Husakova has already spent most of the term in jail and will be released today.
