Zhanna Litvina elected Chairperson of Belarusian Association of Journalists
73 delegates of the BAJ VIII Assembly, which is taking place in Minsk, have voted for her, and only one has voted against.
Yuras Karmanau has suggested Zhanna Litvina as a candidate. There have been no other suggestions or self-nominations.
Let us remind you, Litvina has headed the Belarusian Association of Journalists since 1995.
The voting on the Vice-Chairpersons is in progress now. Andrei Bastunets, Alyaksandr Starykevich, Alena Suravets and Svyatlana Kalinkina have been nominated.
