Zmitser Bandarenka’s treatment postponed
However, the political prisoner feels very bad. His wife Volha Bandarenka has informed Euroradio about it.
Bandarenka: “We had a long meeting on December 21-23. I also went there yesterday – I delivered a medical parcel. There were a lot for medicines he needed… I hoped they would start the treatment. But everything has been postponed “until after the New Year’s Day” although he feels very bad”.
According to Zmitser Bandarenka’s wife, he has had a headache and high blood pressure for three weeks and it is impossible to help him with pills. The political prisoner’s spine he had been operated on in summer still aches.
By the way, political prisoners’ wives will organize a press conference on December 30. The initiative “Release” that unites political prisoners’ relatives will sum up the results of its activities.
