Zmitser Bandarenka stays in prison
Administration of Mahileu colony will not appeal to Alyaksandr Lukashenka for release of the political prisoner.
The commission which was summoned on February 8 specially to consider the pardon request, took such decision.
Volha Bandarenka has informed this to the web-site Charter'97. She visited her husband in the colony together with the lawyer on February 9.
Let us remind you, Zmitser Bandarenka filed a request for pardon on February 1. According to his wife, it is clear now that these pardon requests which the authorities longed so badly do not influence anything.
Besides, Bandarenka has serious health problems. They made the confinement conditions for him worse since January 30. Although Bandarenka had a complicated spine surgery, they do not let him use his crutches and orthopedic footwear.
