Russia becomes temporary head of Collective Security Treaty Organization
Russia has become a temporary head of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in connection with Belarus’ refusal to take part in the CSTO summit. RIA “Novosti” informs that the Russian President Dmitrii Medvedev claimed it in Moscow on June 14. The main topic of the summit is the creation of the Collective Forces of Efficient Reaction (CFER) and the prospects of their development.
