Russian athletes to go to Beijing Olympics with a Belarusian breathing device
Апарат заснThe device’s principle of operation is based on the mixture of oxygen and helium which should be breathed. This mixture is extremely efficient, because it penetrates through the cell membranes and “cleans up” the cells. Hlushankou says that he has agreed with the coach of the Russian cycling Olympic team to carry out tests.
“I was at the Krylatsky cycling track in Moscow. I talked to Olympic team coach Vladimir Leonov. Next week, I am going there to do the tests with track cyclists. They are interested in a proper supply of oxygen and in relieving muscle strangulation. When muscles are strong and flexible with no strangulations, they naturally can pedal much faster. In order to be able to speed up, muscles need to be completely relaxed. The oxygen-helium breathing makes it possible. On December 18, they will travel to a training camp in Cyprus. Before they travel there, we will have one week of tests with them. After the New Year celebrations, we will begin with preparations for the Olympic Games in Beijing”.
Before Kanstantsin got in contact with the Russian coaches, he had been in talks with the Belarusians. Hlushankou demonstrated his device at the National Center of Sports Medicine.
“As far as back in March, we did the tests and invited the physicians. We obtained good results. But I have not heard from them since then. These issues are administrative and coach-related. The impression is as if they wil come to their senses right ahead of the Olympic Games. But it will be too late then”.
Oxygen-helium breathing is not a dope, but it is clearly efficient. “In Moscow, people understand that doping will not be possible in Beijing. Here we come, offering to improive the physical conditions of their athletes without drugs!” Hlushankou says.
The club who owns Boxing World Champion Klichko also expressed interest in the device.
“We agreed that we would proceed. I displayed the diagnostics results before and after breathing to him. The results were very impressive. He has not come back to me thought he promised. So it is early to say for sure”, Hlushankou adds.
If a boxer breathes this oxygen and helium mixture, his injuries cure faster.
“Just imagine a man who is injured (a very common thing in the boxing indeed), and his wounds cure without scars and two times faster. Bruises simply disappear without any consequences. Brain gets cleaned up because of a proper oxygen supply. Correspondingly, an athlete rests faster. Thus, he or she can be exposed to a more intense training. For example, if a boxer faces several fights in a row, he can get an absolutely fantastic opportunity to recover faster”.
Kanstantsin Hlushankou did not design this device. It was made by the Russian scientists at the order from the Soviet Navy. But only not more than a dozen of devices were manufactured. Official reports said that all of them had been drowned. However, one of them ended up with Hlushankou, because his former school buddy oversaw the project.

Originally, these devices were designed to rescue submarine sailors who got into cold water after an accident. During the tests on the oxygen-helium mixture, it turned out that it did not only “warm up a human being from inside”. It also helped cure different diseases.
“If a human being breathes the oxygen-helium mixture, his lungs recover very fast. Many lung diseases are cured. Cancer is caused by carcinogens which reduce the permeability of cell membranes. There is a thesis for a Doctor’s decree written by Boris Pavlov from the Institute of Medical and Biological Problems, proving that cell membranes improve their permeability thanks to the oxygen-helium breathing. It means that if a human being breathes this mixture at least for five minutes per week, cancer will not be possible by definition”, Hlushankou insists.
No further research was conducted in this regard. Hlushankou says that he has an experience when a man cured his chronically enlarged lymphatic nodes thanks to breathing with the oxygen and helium mixture.
