Russian FSB refutes that APCs crossed Ukraine border
Rostov Oblast department of the Russian FSB has claimed it.
A number of mass media reported that Russian military equipment had crossed the Ukrainian border, tvrain.ru reminded. British journalists Shaun Walker from The Guardian and Roland Olifent from The Telegraph reported that a column of Russian APCs had entered Ukraine. There were 23 APCs, fuel cisterns and a convoy in the column, the journalists said. The column crossed the border near the check-point Izvarino. The territory is controlled by pro-Russia militants.
