Sasha Kulіnkovіch: “Our audience has grown up. And I am happy!”

An official celebration of this event with a solo concert of the band Neuro Dubel took place the day before yesterday. Our reporter Vital Markevich informs us about the way the concert was held:
“First they planned to hold the concert at the club Night Star, but the administration of the club received a phone call from the department of ideology of Minsk City Executive Committee. They had a choice – the concert or the club. That’s why the concert took place in one of Minsk restaurants.
The ban must have influenced the attendance too, because there were not many people at the concert. There were 110 people with tickets and 30 invitees. Surprisingly, a quarter of them were middle-aged people.
As usual, the audience was very active. At first, the older people crowded near the bar but then they recalled their youth and started dancing. The atmosphere was very warm and homely.
A performance of Neuro Dubel together with the vocalist of “Palats” Aleh Hamenka was a surprise for all who came to the concert. They performed the song “Button” from the album “Tanks”.
We couldn’t help asking about Alyksandr’s impressions of the concert:
“Our concerts have been rather small and modest lately. Unfortunately, we cannot perform for a big audience now. But this one was a bigger concert – people had an opportunity to dance and the sound was very good too.
I liked it very much, I’m satisfied with the concert. It is a great present from the Minsk club and from the organizers. “Dubel”’s audience has grown up, the average age is about 30.
It is really nice to see adequate people. My colleagues’ audience is rather young which is very good for the band but not for concerts.
Everything was excellent; I even went to the toilet and saw that everything was clean there unlike at many rock concerts. I was very happy because I did not want to let the club’s administration down.
People gave me dolls during the concert, some girl presented me good toilet water that I liked which is surprising as nothing usually suits me.
My wife gave me some small presents and the book I had been searching for a long time. I was slaphappy!!!”
Let me add that old songs were performed together with the new ones at the concert. Sasha told us about the new album of “Neuro Dubel”:
“There is a great desire to make a new album. We hope it will be out because it is already recorded and ready.
We would like to rerecord several songs because they manage to grow up. The album will be big, there will be 19 songs. It took us so long because we added more songs to it. It will be a bit heavy in comparison with “Tanks”.
Let us remind you that July 19 is the birthday of Neuro Dubel. The new album and tribute of the band are prepared for this date. About 20 singers including Palina Smolava and Alyaksey Hlyastou have already agreed to participate in it.
Let’s wait for the release and hope there will be no problems with getting to its presentation. Happy birthday, Alyaksandr!
