Security agencies drop charges against Minsk blast suspects
The law-enforcement agencies in Belarus have dropped charges against pro-democracy activists Yras Karetnikau and Mikhail Sharamet who were suspected of masterminding a terror attack on July 3, 2008 in Minsk.
Yuras Karetnikau told the European Radio for Belarus that he had received two letters from the Office of the Prosecutor General and the Interior Ministry, saying charges against him and other five suspects were dropped.
