Self-made explosive device blasts in residential building in Polatsk
The incident happened at night on August 8 in a one-storeyed residential building in Buinitski Street.
According to the press-office of the Ministry for Emergency Situations, a part of the outer wall and the brick basement of the wooden house were slightly damaged by the blast. It is presumed that the reason for the blast was a self-made explosive device. The police are investigating the case.
