Third person accused of attack against Russian Embassy
Maxim Vetkin detained in Minsk on November 4 has been accused of the attack against the Russian Embassy on August 30 and of the attack against “Belarusbank” on the night of May 1. Thus, a human rights website “Vyasna” informs that Vetkin has become the third person accused of the hooligan actions committed in different places of Minsk and Salihorsk this year.
Let us remind you that all the attack episodes were united in a single hooliganism case. Mikalai Dzydok, Alyaksandr Frantskevich and Maxim Vetkin were detained in connection with it.
By the way, Mikalai Dzyadok was transferred from the detention centre in Valadarski Street in Minsk to Zhodzina. The reason for it is unknown. Dzydok’s term of detention has been announced – until February 6, 2011.
Maxim Vetkin and Alyaksandr Frantskevich are still imprisoned in the detention centre in Valadarski Street.
