Ukraine detains Donetsk-bound man from Belarus
A Belarus citizen and two Russia nationals were arrested by Ukraine's border guards and security service at a border post in Luhansk oblast.
The press offce of Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) reports the detainees told investigators they had initially planned to arrive in Luhansk to join pro-Russian militants in the seized SBU building. They were later expected to be transfered to Donetsk as reinforcements for the local rebels.
The Belarusian and the Russians had military uniforms, knives and other military equipment.
