Viktar Shynkevich becomes new head of president's security service
Shynkevich served as deputy head of President's Security Service prior to this promotion.
"I think that you know the essence of the service more than anyone, you know the responsibility of the Security Service," Lukashenka said to Viktar Shynkevich.
