Vitsebsk Region’s person of the year to wear “Pahonya”
People awarded with the title “Vitsebsk Region’s person of the year” will wear breast badges with an image of “Pahonya”. It will not be the old state “Pahonya”, but the emblem of Vitsebsk Region. Outstanding producers, cultural workers, policemen and other “people of the year” used to receive only diplomas. However, 100 inhabitants of the region will wear “Pahonya” badges during the festive ceremony on January 23.
